Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Stacdin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Stacdin is an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation, scheduling, and publishing platform. The Service allows you to:

• Generate LinkedIn posts using AI trained on your writing style
• Preview how posts will appear on LinkedIn before publishing
• Schedule one-off and recurring posts to your LinkedIn profile
• Manage a content pipeline across draft, scheduled, and published states
• Build and refine a personal AI voice profile over time

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@stacdin.com

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stacdin.

4. LinkedIn Integration

Stacdin connects to LinkedIn via OAuth. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize us to:

• Read your LinkedIn profile information
• Publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf at scheduled times
• Import your past LinkedIn posts (only when you explicitly choose to)

Important: You are solely responsible for all content published to LinkedIn through Stacdin. Publishing through our platform does not exempt you from LinkedIn's own User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. Stacdin is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

You can revoke Stacdin's access to your LinkedIn account at any time through your LinkedIn account settings. Revoking access will stop scheduled posts from being published.

5. AI-Generated Content

Stacdin uses AI to generate content suggestions and draft posts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not fully reflect your intended message
• You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published
• You own the final content you publish; Stacdin makes no claim on posts you create or publish
• You grant Stacdin a limited license to process your writing samples and posts solely to improve your personal AI voice profile
• We do not use your content to train shared models available to other users

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Stacdin to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content on LinkedIn
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Policies
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost with usage limits (currently 5 posts/month and 1 LinkedIn profile). We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $15/month. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

7.4 Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Contact support@stacdin.com to request a refund.

7.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Stacdin platform — including the software, design, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Stacdin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish. By using Stacdin, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the Service (e.g., storing your drafts, processing your posts for scheduling).

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed scheduled posts or delays caused by outages, LinkedIn API changes, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Scheduled posts will always publish at the exact intended time

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacdin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of business, revenue, or reputation
• Content published in error or at unintended times
• LinkedIn account restrictions resulting from published content

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
